RemediMate is the work of Adam Tracey — a residential repair specialist with 15+ years of hands-on experience across drywall, framing, attic work, and interior restoration. After years in residential repair, Adam recognized a consistent gap in the solar industry: installation crews were skilled at putting panels on roofs, but the disruption left inside homes was nobody's responsibility. Homeowners were stuck with shoddy patches, disturbed insulation, and rafters that hadn't been properly reinforced — and the solar company had already moved on.
RemediMate was built to fill that gap. Starting with a single solar installation company partnership, Adam developed a thorough, professional process for handling every type of post-install damage — from ceiling penetrations to attic restoration to structural rafter reinforcement. Every job gets the same dedicated, hands-on attention from the same experienced crew.
Today RemediMate is actively expanding into Pennsylvania and Maryland, building new solar company partnerships in both states — in Maryland working as a sub under a licensed MHIC prime contractor, and in Pennsylvania as our HIC registration is finalized. Every job gets the same hands-on crew. You always know who's doing the work, and the quality reflects it.
